He was great with communication & planning, and was able to provide chairs, tables, tablecloths, and drinks for our reception as well! We were a bit nervous since we didn't have time to do a tasting beforehand, but Phil knows his stuff. The chicken, tri-tip, and ribs he brought were FANTASTIC. Every guest raved about the food, and many guests told me that they ate so much they had to skip dessert & even stop drinking, because they were so full!!! There was plenty for everyone, and the buffet line they set up moved so quickly! Phil also brought a bartender who was fabulous at serving all our guests & kept everything moving quickly.
