Standard catering includes your choice of chicken and one other meat, two salads, BBQ baked beans, rolls and butter, BBQ sauce, paper plates, plastic forks, knives and spoons, napkins, tables to serve on, tents to serve under if outside, and a two-hour serve window. 20-person minimum for drop-offs and pick-ups, 40-person minimum for a full cater. Sections for rotisserie smoked meats, salads, additional meats, sides, vegetarian and vegan options, appetizers, desserts and beverages.

Travel fees are added to drop-offs and to caters outside the immediate area. A deposit is required on all functions to reserve the event date, with changes accepted up to two weeks prior and final payment due at that time. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event have the deposit returned or applied to another event; within 30 days the deposit may be forfeited. Office: 775-888-9494.
