History of our Sauces: In the mid 90s, Phil and Duane Felker would get together every Sunday night and make BBQ sauce. We bought BBQ books and experimented on making sauces. We took what we liked from each recipe and mixed them together. One time we made a mistake and put in too much of one ingredient. We liked it so much that it became our award-winning sauce.
